Return and Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

No Refunds: We do not give refunds. Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We will look into it and may offer a replacement or solution.

Return to Origin (RTO): Customers must provide a complete shipping address with an active phone number. If our shipping agency fails to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Should you request reshipping, additional shipping charges will apply.

Colour Variations: While we strive to accurately represent colours in our photographs, slight variations may occur due to different screen displays. Colour mismatch will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
