We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, as a general policy, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders, domestic or international, unless the item received is damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@mainaworld.com. We will look into it and may offer a replacement or solution.
In cases of false or frivolous complaints about product delivery or quality, customers will not be eligible for any replacement offers.
Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address and an active phone number. If the shipping agency is unable to deliver and returns the package, any requests for reshipping will incur applicable shipping charges, which will need to be paid in advance.
We strive to accurately photograph our products, but slight colour differences may occur due to display settings. Please note that colour variations are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
A full unboxing video of the parcel is necessary for any exchange claims. The video should clearly document the damage or issue to ensure a smooth and timely processing of your request.
All exchanged products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please return items in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
We do not accept exchanges for products that have been customized or altered according to your specifications, such as added falls or edging.
Store exchanges do not apply to orders made through our online platform. Additionally, dress material/fabric orders and gift vouchers are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled orders. We advise customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase, especially for cash on delivery (COD) transactions.
